CO-FOUNDER
Queen Jennifer Onuigwe is a highly accomplished professional, entrepreneur, and youth advocate who graduated as the overall best student in both her department and faculty at Coal City University, earning a degree in Microbiology with a 4.74 CGPA. Combining her academic excellence with creative entrepreneurship, she is the CEO, Creative Director, and resident fashion tutor at Jennese Crownz Empire, as well as the Brand Ambassador for Halet Classic Naturals. She further applies her diverse skillset as a digital media specialist in social media management and graphic design, while actively driving community development and youth empowerment as the Co-Founder of the Youth Awakening and Development Initiative (YADI).

She is a versatile Nigerian entrepreneur, fashion designer, and household product manufacturer who serves as the Founder and CEO of JULIENEL, a fashion brand specializing in custom and ready-to-wear apparel alongside domestic cleaning and care products. A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Enugu State College of Education Technical (in affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka), she is also a dedicated educator committed to teaching and mentoring young minds. Her passion for community upliftment is further reflected in her role as the Secretary General of the Youth Awakening and Development Initiatives (YADI), where she utilizes her strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive youth empowerment and development.
Okonkwo Michael V
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM
Okonkwo Michael V. is a highly accomplished administrative leader, entrepreneur, and academic with over twelve years of experience in operational management and institutional oversight, currently serving in a senior student affairs role within a university setting. An alumnus of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), where he graduated with top honors, he holds a Master’s in International Relations and is currently pursuing his PhD in the same field. Beyond his professional and academic endeavors, which are backed by extensive expertise in strategic planning, policy formulation, and budget stewardship, he is deeply committed to philanthropy, education, and community development.
