Youth Awakening Development Initiative (YADI) is dedicated to empowering young people with practical skills that lead to real opportunities. We focus on training youths who are unemployed or lack skills, equipping them through structured programs designed for today’s job market.
At YADI, learning goes beyond theory. We develop talent, build confidence, and connect participants to employment opportunities that help them become productive and self reliant members of society.

Meet Timothy Ugochukwu Nnamani; the Founder/Executive Director, YADI
Timothy Ugochukwu Nnamani is a visionary youth leader, human resource management professional, digital creator, and political analyst committed to community development and national transformation.
He is the Founder and Executive Director of Youths Awakening and Development Initiative (YADI), a fast-growing value-oriented Organization that has trained and empowered over 400 young people in skills such as web design, fashion, forex trading, and more—transforming lives and creating economic opportunities across Nigeria. He is also the CEO Timedge Consult - A renowned Academic Research and Social Media Firm.
An award-winning graduate and the overall best graduating student at the maiden convocation of Coal City University with CGPA of 4.97, Timothy currently serves as the Southern Regional Manager at Agro Market Square LTD. His impactful service during his NYSC in Kaduna, where he trained and empowered hundreds of youths, ignited his passion for grassroots development, giving birth to YADI.
Timothy is a sought-after speaker, accomplished video editor specializing in animation, and organizer of life-changing events like the Youth Empowerment Summit, Business Growth Conference and Enugu Skill Fest 2026. His leadership and passion have earned the backing of respected individuals, corporate bodies, and government institutions.
He is on a mission to raise the next generation of skilled, self-reliant, and socially conscious youths—driving progress one community at a time.
