DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM
Okonkwo Michael V. is a seasoned administrative and organizational leader with over twelve years of engagement across operational management, team coordination and institutional oversight in diverse sectors. An indigene of Enugu State, he is also an entrepreneur with a strong and abiding interest in education and philanthropy. Presently serving in a senior capacity related to student affairs within a university setting, he is noted for advancing operational frameworks, optimizing resource utilization, expanding organizational capacity, and delivering measurable advancement.
Academically, he holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), where he was recognized as Best Graduating Student, Most Influential Departmental President, and Best Class Representative, among other distinctions from various bodies. He is presently a PhD student in International Relations at the same institution.
With multiple academic credentials to his name, he has contributed to scholarly discourse and holds several professional distinctions and institutional affiliations. He also brings a broad portfolio of leadership and community service roles across educational, political, and developmental organizations.
He has received numerous honors and recognitions from schools and other institutions.
His demonstrated competence spans strategic planning, policy formulation, budgetary stewardship, compliance oversight, and multi-stakeholder engagement, complemented by proficiency in standard office and project management applications.
