CO-FOUNDER Meet Queen Jennifer Onuigwe Queen Jennifer Onuigwe is a multifaceted professional whose excellence spans academics, fashion, entrepreneurship, digital media, and youth development. She distinguished herself academically as one of the best graduating students of Coal City University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology with an outstanding CGPA of 4.74. She emerged as the Overall Best Graduating Student in the Department of Microbiology and the Overall Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences for the 2021 graduating class, demonstrating exceptional dedication, discipline, and academic excellence. Beyond academics, Queen Jennifer is a talented fashion designer catering to both male and female clients. She is the CEO and Creative Director of Jennese Crownz Empire, a fast-rising fashion design firm known for creativity, quality craftsmanship, and elegant designs. As a fashion tutor, she is passionate about equipping aspiring designers with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the fashion industry. She also serves as the Brand Ambassador of Halet Classic Naturals, where she promotes beauty, wellness, and confidence through quality natural products for haircare and skincare. In the digital space, Queen Jennifer is a skilled Social Media Manager and Graphics Designer, leveraging her creativity and expertise to help brands build strong online visibility and meaningful engagement. Her passion for fashion is matched by her dedication to social impact. As the Co-Founder of Youths Awakening and Development Initiative (YADI), she demonstrates a strong commitment to empowering young people, fostering leadership, creating opportunities, and driving positive change within communities. Through her work as an entrepreneur, educator, digital professional, and youth advocate, Queen Jennifer continues to inspire excellence, creativity, and purpose. Her commitment to fashion, social entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment makes her a notable figure and a role model for the next generation.

HEAD OF MEDIA Meet Favour John-Udude Favour John-Udude is a student nurse and media personality with Afia TV, where she serves as a presenter and correspondent. Passionate about healthcare, storytelling, and community impact, she is committed to informing, educating, and inspiring audiences through meaningful conversations and compelling content.

ODOH OGOCHUKWU JULIET: SECRETARY GENERAL She is a Nigerian entrepreneur, fashion designer, and producer of household products. She is the Founder & CEO of JULIENEL, a fashion brand specializing in women’s wear, kiddies’ wear, ready-to-wear, and traditional attire. She is also engaged in the production of liquid soap, petroleum jelly/vaseline, and bleach/JIK for domestic and commercial use. She currently serve as the Secretary General of Youth Awakening and Development Initiatives (YADI), where She contributes to youth empowerment and community development programs. She hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Enugu State College of Education Technical, in affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM Okonkwo Michael V. is a seasoned administrative and organizational leader with over twelve years of engagement across operational management, team coordination and institutional oversight in diverse sectors. An indigene of Enugu State, he is also an entrepreneur with a strong and abiding interest in education and philanthropy. Presently serving in a senior capacity related to student affairs within a university setting, he is noted for advancing operational frameworks, optimizing resource utilization, expanding organizational capacity, and delivering measurable advancement. Academically, he holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), where he was recognized as Best Graduating Student, Most Influential Departmental President, and Best Class Representative, among other distinctions from various bodies. He is presently a PhD student in International Relations at the same institution. With multiple academic credentials to his name, he has contributed to scholarly discourse and holds several professional distinctions and institutional affiliations. He also brings a broad portfolio of leadership and community service roles across educational, political, and developmental organizations. He has received numerous honors and recognitions from schools and other institutions. His demonstrated competence spans strategic planning, policy formulation, budgetary stewardship, compliance oversight, and multi-stakeholder engagement, complemented by proficiency in standard office and project management applications.
